We love pets! We accept most common domestic pets, such as dogs and cats. All pets require a one time fee of $300 per pet plus additional monthly pet rent. Exotic, vicious and/or dangerous animals are not permitted. Additional breed restrictions may apply.

- One-time pet fee (non-refundable): $300
- Pet-rent: $35 per cat per month
- Pet-rent: $50 per dog per month
- Aggressive breeds restricted
- 70 lb maximum weight total
